摘  要:热压制备了氮化物颗粒补强石英基复合材料 ,研究了氮化物颗粒的引入对石英基复合材料力学性能、介电性能和热学性能的影响 .结果说明 ,氮化物颗粒的引入对石英基复合材料的力学性能有显著的补强增韧作用 ;介电损耗在指标值以内 ,且随测试温度变化不大 ;以 Al N为第二相的石英基复合材料其临界热震温差在 60 0℃左右 ,复合引入 Al N+ Si3N4时复合材料的热学性能无明显改善 ,而复合引入 Al N+ BN使复合材料的临界热震温差提高到 1 0 0 0℃ .复合引入 Al N+ BN的石英基复合材料因为有着较好的力学性能。In this paper nitride reinforced silica matrix composites were fabricated via the hot pressing process. The comprehensive investigation of mechanical, dielectric and thermal properties was carried out. The results showed that the incorporation of nitride particles into silica matrix can significantly enhanced flexural strength and fracture toughness of the composites. Dielectric properties of the composites were within the desired values. The critical temperature difference of silica matrix composites doped with AlN particles was about 600℃ with no perceptible improvement after incorporating Si 3N 4 particles as the tertiary phase. The critical temperature difference of silica matrix composites doped with AlN particles and BN particles was about 1000℃ in close agreement with that of silica matrix. Silica matrix composites doped with AlN particles and BN particles are convinced to be a candidate composite for antenna window applications.
