摘  要:检测了杨树菇活性蛋白组分Yt对甲基胆蒽(MCA)诱发性大鼠肺鳞状细胞癌的抑制效果,支持了在药用真菌中,除了多糖,蛋白是另一类重要的抗肿瘤物质这一观点.用MCA诱导大鼠肺鳞状细胞癌.在3个月内,对照组注射生理盐水,处理组注射蛋白组分Yt.3个月后取血并处死大鼠,计算诱癌率,检测10项生化指标和血常规指标,切片观察心、肝、脾、肺、肾、肾上腺、胸骨骨髓、睾丸(雄鼠)及卵巢(雌鼠).结果表明MCA对于对照组的诱癌率为58.33%,而对于处理组的诱癌率为33.33%,对照组与处理组的诱癌率差异显著(p<0.05).10项生化指标中有5项指标与对照组比较有显著性改变:天冬氨酸氨基转换酶含量显著升高(0.02<p<0.05),白蛋白含量显著降低(p<0.01),血糖含量显著升高(p<0.002),尿素氮含量显著降低(p<0.05),胆固醇含量显著降低(p<0.01).在血常规的指标中,Yt处理组的白细胞,红细胞,血红蛋白,血色素,血小板及中性淋巴细胞与对照组比较有显著变化:白细胞数量显著增加(p<0.02),红细胞数量显著降低(0.02<p<0.05),血红素含量,红细胞压积、体积、血红蛋白含量显著降低(p<0.001),中性淋巴细胞数量显著增多(0.01<p<0.02).但是这种变化都没有超过正常范围.各器官的石蜡切片表明,除雄性大鼠的睾丸和附睾外,各器官没有明显病变.Proteins separated from the fruiting bodies of medicinal fungi Agrocybe aegerita were named Y_(t). The effect activity of Y_(t )on lung cancer induced by MCA was tested in Wistar rats. The rats were sacrificed 90 days after instillation. 10 biochemical items and blood general items were tested for the sampled bloods. Many organs, including hearts, livers, spleens, lungs, kidneys, adrenal glands, testicles (male rats) and ovaries(female rats), were tested on HE-dyed paraffin section. The rates of carcinogenesis induced by MCA were 58.33% in control group, while 33.33% in Y_(t) group. The difference between control group and Y_(t) group was significant (p<0.05). The differences between Y_(t) group and control group were significant in 5 biochemical items. Compared with the items of control group, AST and GLU were significantly raised, while BUN, T-BIL and ALB were significantly reduced. Many blood general items in Y_(t) group changed significantly compared with control group. Leucocytes and neutral lymphocytes were significantly raised, while erythrocyte, packed cell volume, dimension of red blood cells, hemoglobin and haemachrome were significantly deduced.
