摘 要:目的探讨健康教育对乳腺癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法将60例乳腺癌根治术后患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组行常规护理,实验组每人接受1份指导手册并受到全面的健康教育。两组患者在出院前1周填写个人资料情况表和生活质量量表,患者出院3个月后,两组患者再次填写生活质量量表。结果接受健康教育后,实验组总体生活质量明显高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);其中在社会经济方面,两组未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论健康教育可以促进乳腺癌术后患肢功能康复,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of health education on breast cancer patients' quality of life. Methods Sixty breast cancer patients who received radical surgery treatment were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. The patients in the control group received normal medical care and exercised themselves under nurses' instruction. Every patient in the experiment group obtained an instruction pamphlet and received systematic health education. All patients in the two groups filled in the personal information table and quality of life scale one week before their discharge. Three months after their discharge, they again filled quality of life scale. Results The general quality of life in the experiment group was better than that of patients in the control group with statistical significance (P < 0.05), while there was no significant difference in socioeconomic aspects between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Health education can promote functional rehabilitation of affected limbs of breast cancer patients and improve patients' quality of life.[
