摘　　要：125MW机组主蒸汽管道焊口根部裂纹是如何产生的问题一直困扰着电厂检修人员,它虽不具有普遍性,但经常在机组的主蒸汽管道中被发现,是材料本身的原因、结构应力的作用、还是施工安装焊接的问题?通过在舟山电厂的安装焊接,发现产生根部裂纹的主要原因是焊口未一次焊接完成,焊缝在焊缝拘束应力的作用下,在中间消氢处理过程中产生裂纹的。The problem of main vapor pipe welding root crack of 125MW machine set is always puzzling. It is found here and there. Is it caused by material or construction stress or welding? After the welding of Zhoushan power station , we find the reason is that the welding was not completed at once time. By the stress, the crack is produced in the process of eliminating hydrogen.
