摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法对洗发液中尼泊金酯含量进行测定，检测波长254nm，在0.1～0.5mg 添加水平内，其回收率在93.5%～107.3%，相对标准偏差在0.6%～0.8%．方法简单快速，易于操作．Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method is used to determine nipagin ester sim-ultaneously in a shampoo,the wavelength of detector is at 254 nm.In the range of 0.1～0.5 mg addition level,therecoveries are in the range of 93.5%～107.3%,and the rsd are in the range of 0.6%-0.8%.The method issimple,prompt and easy to use.
