摘 要:中间业务对于商业银行改善经营结构和提高经营效益、培育新的利润增长点以适应金融市场化、国际化发展要求起着关键作用。本文从我国商业银行发展现状入手 ,揭示成因 ,并结合当前的金融环境和实际 ,提出监管部门加强监管 ,商业银行加强合作 ,商业银行清晰定位 ,理顺价格 ,创新品种 ,培训人才 ,加快电子化建设步伐等中间业务发展策略。Intermediate business is an essential means for commercial banks to improve their operation structure and to foster a new point of growth of profit for the purpose of meeting the needs of financial marketization and internationalization. Starting from an analysis of the current situation of the development of commercial banks and the causes for it, this paper discusses the present financial environment and reality in China and advocates that the supervisory authorities should strengthen supervision and the commercial banks should promote their cooperation in order to create a favorable external environment for developing intermediate business. It suggests that commercial banks take as their intermediate business strategy “clear orienting, reasonable pricing, product innovation and personnel training” and speed up the process of electronic construction.
