摘　　要：就业是民生之本。当前 ,我国就业形势日趋严峻 ,就业问题已成为中国经济发展面临的重大挑战。本文从考察我国劳动力供求状况入手 ,分析我国当前的就业形势 ;探讨了影响我国劳动力就业的几大因素 ;并提出了扩大就业的相应对策 ,强调政府在社会就业中负有重要责任 ,实现充分就业是政府宏观调控的基本目标之一。Having a job is essential for people's living. At present, the employment situation in China is becoming increasingly serious and employment problems have been a great challenge to China's economic development. Starting from the situation in workforce supply-demand, this paper analyzes the current employment situation in China, probes into several influencing factors and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for expanding employment, emphasizing the leading responsibilities of the government in social employment and arguing that full employment is one of the primary targets in macro-regulation.
