摘 要:提高人才培养质量是深化高等教育改革的核心问题 ,人文教育作为培养高质量人才的重要组成部分却处于困境之中。其原因是多方面的 :人文教育理论创新滞后 ,高等教育的功利主义倾向和产业化因素 ,以及人文教育被科学范式化等。本文提出加强大学人文教育的新思路 :更新大学教育的理念与目标 ,在道德教育中培植人文精神 ,在科学教育中输导人文精神 ,在审美教育中培养健全人格 ,并着力营造适合人文精神发展的大学校园。The problem of how to improve the quality of personnel training is at the core of reform of higher education. However, humanistic education, which is an important component of the work for cultivating high-quality personnel, is now in a dilemma as a result of many factors. Lagging behind of theoretical innovation of humanistic education, utilitarian tendency and industrialization of higher education and categorization of humanistic education by science are just a few of them. This paper puts forward a new idea for strengthening humanistic education in universities and colleges: update the concept and goal of humanistic education in universities and colleges, cultivate humanistic spirit in moral education, incorporate humanistic spirit in science education, cultivate sound personality in aesthetic education, and create a campus environment favorable for the development of humanistic spirit.
