摘　　要：运用文献法把"全民健身体系"和"多元化体育服务体系"的起源和发展历程放到国家改革、发展的大背景中去阐释,采用比较方法衍生出"全民健身体系"与"多元化体育服务体系"之间的一脉相承的关系,最后,在"以人为本"的"科学发展观"的指导下,从理论和实践两个方面,论证了"全民健身体系"和"多元化体育服务体系"走向统一,即"多元化全民健身服务体系"的可行性和必要性。By using the documentary method, the author describes the origins and the course of development of the National Keep - Fit System and the Pluralistic Sports Service System under the background of our country's reform and development. The comparative method is applied to derive the direct line of succession relationship between the National Keep - Fit System and the Pluralistic Sports Service System. Finally, under the guidance of 'scientific development view ' of'people - oriented'. from two aspects of the theory and practice, the author proves the tendency of unification of the National Keep - Fit System and the Pluralistic Sports Service System, namely the feasibility and necessity of the Pluralistic National Keep - Fit Service System.
