摘　　要：目的:观察紫霄平痤颗粒治疗血热湿毒瘀阻型痤疮的疗效。方法:以紫霄平痤颗粒治疗血热湿毒瘀阻型痤疮116例,并与清热暗疮片治疗115例作对照,对总疗效、临床症状、证候进行对照观察。结果:治疗组临床总有效率87.9%,愈显率43.1%;对照组总有效率63.5%,愈显率24.3%。经秩和检验,两组愈显率及总有效率比较,治疗组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:紫霄平痤颗粒治疗血热湿毒瘀阻型痤疮有效,疗效优于对照组。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Zixiao Pingcuo Granules on acne of blood-heat and pathogenic dampness stagnation type. Methods: 116 cases of acne of blood heat and pathogenic dampness stagnation type were treated with Zixiao Pingcuo Granules and 115 cases with Qingre Anchuang Tablet as controls, and their total therapeutic effects, clinical symptoms, syndromes were investigated and compared. Results: The clinical total effective rate and the cured-markedly effective rate were 87. 9% and 43. 1% in the treatment group, and 63. 5% and 24. 3% in the control group. respectively. The total effective rate and curedmarkedly effective rate in the treatment group is higher than those in the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion: Zixiao Pingcuo Granule is effective for acne of type of stagnation of blood heat and pathogenic dampness and the therapeutic effect is better than Qingre Anchuang Tablet.
