养心通脉片对动脉粥样硬化大鼠“痰瘀”病理细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察养心通脉片对动脉粥样硬化(AS)大鼠“痰瘀”病理细胞凋亡的影响。方法:采用高脂饲料喂饲法复制Wistar大鼠动脉粥样硬化模型,造模1个月后检测动脉斑块形成,作为模型成功的指标,治疗组用养心通脉片,对照组用绞股蓝总甙片治疗1个月。检测血脂、血糖、血液流变学、胰岛素,光镜、电镜及运用免疫组化法观察动脉血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)细胞凋亡的变化。结果:养心通脉片对动脉粥样硬化模型大鼠有明显的降脂、改善血液流变性、改善胰岛素抵抗功能,能消退斑块并维持主动脉组织结构及功能,使细胞凋亡趋于正常。结论:养心通脉片对改善AS大鼠“痰瘀”病理细胞凋亡有良好的效果。Objective: To observe the effect of Yangxin Tongmai Tablet on apoptosis of pathological cells in the rat of atherosclerosis (AS) with phlegm stasis. Methods: Atherosclerosis rat model was developed by high fat gorage. Formation of arterial plaques was detected one month after modeling as index of successful modeling. The treatment group was treated by Yangxin Tongmai Tablet and the control group with Jiao Gu Lan Zhong Dai Tablet for one month and then changes of blood lipid, blood sugar, hemorheological indexes, insulin, apoptosis of arterial vascular smooth muscular cells(VSMC) were observed. Results: Yangxin Tongmai Tablet could significantly decrease blood lipid, improve hemorheological indexes and insulin resistance, remove plagues and maintain structures and functions of the aorta, and make apoptosis tend to normal. Conclusion: Yangxin Tongmai Tablet has a good effect in improving apoptosis of pathological cells in the rat of AS with phlegm stasis.
