摘  要:目的探讨关节镜下射频消融系统治疗急性膝关节损伤的效果。方法利用美国Serfsa-Stryker射频消融系统对13例急性膝关节损伤的病人行关节镜下软骨修整、滑膜、绒毛切削、半月板部分切除、镜下止血等治疗并与既往镜下常规器械的同类手术比较,观察手术时间、镜下出血、术后关节积液及关节功能恢复情况。结果射频消融系统运用于镜下手术,手术时间明显缩短,镜下手术不出血还可止血,术后关节积液少,功能恢复快。结论关节镜下射频消融系统治疗急性膝关节损伤疗效满意,是镜下治疗急性膝关节损伤的最佳选择。Objective: To discuss the result that treated the knee joint have been injured acutely. Methods: To rehabilitate the cartilage, to ablate the synovectomy, to ablate the menisci partly, to stop the bleeding with the SERFSA-Stryker radiofreqency coblation technology under the arthroscopy. These be compared with the other surgery before, to compare the time, the bleeding under the arthroscopy, the joint swelling and the function of the knee joint. Results: To treat the cases with the radiofreqency coblation technology under the arthroscopy, the time was reduced obviously, furthermore, it can be used for hemostasis, the fuction was restored quickly. Conclusions: It is best methods to treat the knee joint injured acutely with the radiofreqency coblation technology under the arthroscopy. The result is very good.
