摘　　要：从雷达目标本身的电磁散射特性的表征出发 ,提出了描述雷达目标的瞬态极化的时频分布的思路 ,导出了雷达目标的瞬态极化Wigner Ville分布的定义和性质 ,并给出了雷达目标瞬态极化的一般类时频分布 。For depicting the characteristics of radar target's electromagnetic scattering, the time-frequency distribution of radar target's instantaneous polarization scattering are studied in this paper. Firstly, the definition and properties of Wigner-Ville distribution of radar target's instantaneous polarization scattering are presented. Then, the general time-frequency distribution of radar target's instantaneous polarization scattering is derived. These results will provide fundamental basis for further research of radar detection and recognition.
