复尔凯螺旋型鼻肠管用于颅脑损伤及严重颅内疾病昏迷病人的营养支持

摘　　要：目的探讨脑损伤及严重颅内疾病昏迷病人通过螺旋型鼻肠管应用供给肠内营养的方法和优点。方法使用复尔凯螺旋型鼻肠管对19例脑损伤及严重颅内疾病昏迷病人进行肠内营养供给,观察营养状况、病情康复情况以及对病人是否有不良影响。结果除2例重型颅脑损伤病情加重死亡外,3例带管出院。14例病情好转,患者营养状态明显改善。结论螺旋型鼻肠管作为颅脑损伤及严重颅内疾病昏迷病人维持营养的治疗手段,是一种安全有效、不良反应少且使用方便的方法,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the method and advantage of enteral nutrition via using Flocare spiral nasointestinal feeding tube in patients with coma of craniocerebral injury and severe intracranial diseases. Methods The enteral nutrition was given to 19 cases with coma of cranio,cerebral injury using Flocare spiral nasointestinal feeding tube.The nitritive status,rehabilitated status and side effects were observed.Results The patient′s general condition and nutritive status were improved obviously in 14 cases.3 cases were dicharge from the hospital with the feeding tube. 2 case died of the severe craniocerebral injury.Conclusions Flocare spiral nasointestinal feeding tube as a therapeutic measure of maintaining nutrition for comatose patiants of cranioceremal injury and severe intracranial diseases is a less side effects,safe and effective method.
