复方氧氟沙星乳膏的主要药效学研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨复方氧氟沙星乳膏 (COTAC)对小鼠慢性皮炎湿疹的作用。方法 :用 7%二硝基氯苯(DNCB)外涂于小鼠背部致敏 ,5d后用 0 1%DNCB于小鼠右耳内侧反复激发 ,引起慢性皮炎模型 ,给药组于激发后涂抹COTAC。结果 :COTAC能减轻鼠耳肿胀度 ,减少结痂动物数及浸润炎症细胞数。结论 :COTAC能抑制小鼠慢性皮炎湿疹。Objective:To investigate actions of Compound Ofloxacin and Tiamcinolone Acetonide Cream (COTAC) on the model of chronic dermatitis-eczema in mice. Methods:Right ears of mice were repeatedly challenged with 0.1% dinitrochlorobenzen(DNCB)every three days for four times with previously sensitized with 7% DNCB to induce the model. COTAC were applied to a group of mice after each challenge. Results:Ear swelling thickening,crusts and inflammatory cellular infiltrates in mice of COTAC group were less obvious than in mice of the model group. Conclusions: COTAC can inhibit chronic dermatitis-eczema in mice.
