本草天工牌六加一号胶囊抗疲劳作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨本草天工牌六加一号胶囊的抗疲劳作用。方法 :选用成年雄性小白鼠 16 0只 ,灌胃给予该保健品 2 1d ,采用负重游泳试验 ,观察记录小鼠游泳死亡时间 ;小鼠游泳一定时间后采血检测血清尿素氮、血乳酸 ;取肝脏检测肝糖原含量。结果 :与对照组比较 ,实验中、高剂量组均可延长小鼠负重游泳时间 ,且差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;中、高剂量组显著减少肝糖原消耗量 (P <0 0 5 ) ;各剂量组均可降低运动时血清尿素氮水平 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ;中剂量组对小鼠运动后血乳酸升高有明显的抑制作用 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :本草天工牌六加一号胶囊具有较好的抗疲劳作用。Objective:To study the effect of one health medicine on the anti-fatigue. Method:After the male-mice were administered for 21 days,the swimming test were carried out,and the death time was observed and recorded,after mice swimmed for a period,the blood were taken for determing urea nitrogen in serum and lactic acid in blood; The liver were taken for determing the glycogen. Results:Compared to the control group,the middle-dose group and high-dose group prolonged significiantly the time of mice swimming,and have significiant differences(P<0.05,P<0.05);these two groups also significiantly decreased the consumption of liver glycogen(P<0.05,P<0.05);all groups can significiantly decreased the level of urea nitrogen in serum,and have significiant differences(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05); the middle-dose group significiantly inhibited the augment of lactic acid in blood caused by swimming(P<0.05)Conclusion:The health medicine could have the action of anti-fatigue.
