摘　　要：经济学家对绿色国民核算的探索经历了一个漫长的过程,为全面实践奠定了基础。但目前仍存在一些问题需要解决,主要有:第一、社会福利具有不可度量性;第二、实施绿色国民核算存在不确定性;第三、环境与自然资源缺乏完整的价格体系;第四、绿色国民核算难以与当前的经济政策衔接。A long period has been experienced by economists exploring the green national accounts, which provides the foundation for its implementation. However, some problems still exist, such as, (1) social welfare cannot be measured; (2) the process of carrying out the green national accounts is uncertainty; (3) lack of the integrated price system for environmental and natural resource; (4) it is hard to link the green national accounts to current e-conomic polices.
