摘　　要：　　叙述了COLILERT　R大肠杆菌测定仪器的工作原理,肯定其在在线水质自动监测中的作用,并分析了该仪器在应用上相对于实验室方法的优缺点。This article depicts the working principium of the COLILERT coliform monitoring instrument ; affirms R the positive effect on on-line water quality automatic monitoring ; analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the instrument compared with traditional laboratory tests .
