摘  要:官厅水库拟成为北京市饮用水源,水中的内分泌干扰剂物质也成为重要的监测对象。实验采用MCX固相萃取小柱富集,高效液相色谱法分离,质谱选择离子模式鉴定方法可以同时测定水中痕量除草剂莠去津及其降解产物残留量,检出限可以达到0.02~0.06μg L,已在北京官厅水库水中检测出莠去津有毒降解产物的残留。其质量浓度在0.155~11.4μg L,总量在5.97kg(不包括底泥在内)。A sensitive and specific method for determination of atrazine and its main DPs in environmental waters was developed. The analytes in waters were determined by Liquid Chromatography-Atmospheric Pressure chemical ionization (APCI)/mass spectrometry(MS) after extracted by a new chemically modified polymeric resin (sulfonated divinylbenzene-co-N-vinylpyrrolidone copolymer) SPE. The limit of determination was 0.02~0.06 μg/L. This method has been used for analysis of water samples in Guanting reservoir. The concentration of analytes was from 0.155 to 11.4 μg/L. The total amount of residue was about 5.97 kg. (not including sediments).
