健脾益肾方降低维持性血透患者脂调素水平的临床研究

摘　　要：【目的】研究健脾益肾方降低维持性血透营养不良患者脂调素水平的有效性。【方法】6 5例维持性血透患者随机分为治疗组与对照组 ,治疗组给予健脾益肾方每日 1剂 ,分 2次温服 ;对照组仅予氨基酸胶囊口服 ,每日 3次 ,每次 3粒 ,疗程均为 12周 ,检测比较两组治疗前后血清脂调素、血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、血清胆固醇等指标 ,并观察不良反应。【结果】健脾益肾方能降低血清脂调素水平 ,升高血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、血清胆固醇等指标 ,与对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1)。【结论】健脾益肾方能有效降低维持性血透营养不良患者脂调素水平 ,从而改善其营养状况。ObjectiveTo study the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine,Jianpiyishenfang(健脾益肾方) in decreasing the leptin levels for patients with malnutrition induced by maintained hemodialysis (MH).Sixty-five patients with MH were randomly divided into two groups : ①Treated group(n=33), one dose of Jianpiyishenfang was given in two portions, per os, bid ;②Control group(n=32), amino acid capsules were taken orally, 3 capsules tid. The course of treatment in both groups was all 12 weeks. Serum levels of leptin , albumen, prealbumin, transferrin and cholesterol in both groups were detected and compared, adverse reactions were also observed.Jianpiyishenfang decreased the serum levels of leptin and raised those of albumin , prealbumin, transferrin and cholesterol, as compared to the control group.(P<0.05 or P<0.01).[Conclusion]Jianpiyishenfang can effectively decrease the levels of leptin in patients with malnutrition induced by MH, so improving their nutritional condition.
