摘　　要：2004年2～3月，为配合河南省新安县洛新开发区内市通用水泥除尘设备厂新厂的基建工程，洛阳市文物工作队发掘并清理了一座西晋时期的墓葬(编号C12M262，以下简称M262)，现介绍如下(图一)。Located in the Luoxin Development Zone at Xin'an, the tomb was excavated in January and February 2004. It was a brick structur with a domed ceiling, consisting of a tomb passage, tunnel, tomb chamber and a side chamber. The funrary objects were quite rich, made of pottery, bronze, lacquer, iron, gold and silver. Special mention should be made of those forms seldom encountered in tombs of the same period in Luoyang area: pottery stove on thre feet, bronze censer, gilt bronze racket, bronze ceremonial stick, lacquer toilet box.
