摘　　要：运用生物信息学的研究方法 ,从序列及结构上对L型及D型海因酶进行了初步的比较。研究了两种类型的海因酶在序列、骨架结构及活性中心的区别 ,并探讨了产生这些差异的理论基础 。Hydantoinase is a key enzyme in the production of pure optical amino acids It plays a very important role in some aspects such as pharmaceutical,food industry In this paper bioinformatics methods were used to study the differences of sequences and structures between L hydantoinase and D hydantoinase The differences between two types of hydantoinase were concluded through comparison of their sequences, structures and active sites This paper will provide theory basis for further research on the hydantoinases
