摘　　要：针对我国气象台站地面观测现状,结合我国的实际情况,提出一种地面自动站数据采集处理系统方案。该系统的设计和部分电路的实验室调试工作,现已完成对该系统采集的数据的质量进行了分析和控制,并对系统进行了可靠性评估。Based on the current situation of the routine surface observation in China the design of a digital collection and processing system for the automatic weather station is presented. The main design idea and test debugging results are introduced. The quality of the observational data are analyzed and controlled. The model selection is discussed.
