摘　　要：2003年5月22日阿尔及利亚Ms6.9级地震发生,笔者参加了震后救援工作和科考工作。本文介绍和分析了阿尔及利亚的结构特点及其破坏特征,且较为深入地分析了其破坏的原因。以此为鉴,初步分析了我国闽南地区房屋结构的整体抗震能力,提出应对之策以防患于未然。A strong earthquake of M 6.7 occurred on May 22, 2003 in the northern Algerian cities. The writers took part in the work of searching for the survivors and carried out the work of earthquake damage investigation. In this paper, the characteristics of structures and damage in Algeria are given in detail, and the reasons of earthquake damage are analyzed. Using this as a reference, the earthquake resistance of the structures in the south of Fujian Province is primarily analyzed and the policy of response to earthquakes is carried out.
