摘　　要：1992年以来,各种类型专利申请的国外申请量和国内申请量逐年上升,国内和国外申请的增长幅度基本相同。农药组合物申请量提高的比率低于新化合物申请量提高的比率。介绍了我国农药领域专利保护的发展进程、农药领域号利申请的类型以及对国外进行专利保护的一些特点,分析了有机化学品和农药发明专利申请的发展趋势,指出了在我国农药专利申请中应注意的问题。The total amount of all kinds of patent application from abroad and home has been increasing with each year since 1992 in China, and the extent of their increase is almost the same. The increase percentage of application of pesticide combination is lower than that of new compounds. The development of patent protection in pesticide area, the categories of patent application for pesticides, and some points about the protection of patents abroad are introduced. The trends of organic chemicals and pesticides patent application are analyzed, and some issues worthy of notice in pesticide patent application in China is pointed out.
