摘　　要：油化一体是当今炼化业的总趋势 ,两者通过原料互供 ,公用工程及配套设施共享 ,实现优势互补 ,降低投资 ,提高综合经济效益和抗风险能力。文章着重叙述国外大型乙烯项目决定规模的因素、技术发展现状、裂解炉所面临的挑战、装置规模经济以及值得新建乙烯厂借鉴与思考的问题。Introduce that oil and chemical as one system is general trend of present oil refinery and chemical industries, which supply raw materials with each other, enjoys utilities and combined facilities with compensation of priorities, and then reduce investment and raise comprehensive economic benefit and risk-resistance capability. It especially elaborates decisive factors of capacity of foreign large size ethylene project; present technology development status; challenge faced by ethylene cracker; economic size of the plant; and reference and consideration for building new ethylene plant.
