摘　　要：分析了影响多元化企业主营业务突出水平的相关因素,建立了基于专业化比率、多元化分类和赫芬达指数的三种多元化企业主营业务突出水平的测度方法。利用实证的方式,对比研究了各测度方法的优劣,确定了基于赫芬达指数为最优的测度方法。The paper analyzes the correlated factors affecting the outstanding degree of dominate business in diversified business enterprise.Three kinds of measuring methods of outstanding degree of dominate businesses in diversified enterprises are established on the basis of Specialization ratio,Diversification classification and Herfidahl index.The positive method is adopted to carry out the contrast study of the advantages and disadvantages of each measuring degree method thereby determining that the measuring degree method based on Herfidahl index is the best among them.
