摘　　要：黑花生富含蛋白质、精氨酸、钾、锌、硒,在医疗、保健等方面具有广阔的开发前景。黑花生已成为黄土地里产业结构调整的首选品种。种植要求施足基肥、精耕细耙、适时播种、合理密植、地膜覆盖、加强田间管理,确保丰产丰收高效。sRich in protein , amino acid , potassium , zinc and selenium , black peanuts have become the preferential breed in loess land in industrial structure adjustment for the extensive developing prospect in the area of health and medicated food. The land for peanuts should be tilled and raked carefully, and the planting must be timely. To ensure a good harvest and outcome, the seeds should be sowed closely in a reasonable way and the field management should be also strengthened.
