摘　　要：随着生活方式、饮食结构的改变,动脉粥样硬化呈不断上升的趋势,其具体的发病机制不清。尽快找到确切的发病机制并进行有效地预防和治疗成为目前的关键所在。本文着重阐述转化生长因子β在动脉粥样硬化发生中抗炎症、促纤维化的作用。With the changing of life style and dietary structure, the incidence of atherosclerosis, whose pathogenesis are not completely understood, tends to increase. Finding out positive pathogenesis and making effective precaution and therapy are present emphasis. The antiinflammation and profibrosis of TGF-β in the progress of atherosclerosis are reviewed in the article.
