摘　　要：通过探讨法律语言文化功能、法律语言研究方法和法律语言学科体系形成之间的关系,旨在说明:借助社会学、人类学等方法探寻法律语言的文化功能是法律语言研究方法的革新。然后从法律术语移植﹑法律共同体形成和法律仪式方面分析法律语言文化功能的表现形式。Through an exploration in the relationship among the cultural function, research appapproaches and the discipline system of legal expression, an innovative research method to seek the cultural function of legal expression with the aid of sociology and anthropology is discussed. Then, the manifestation of cultural function of legal expressions is analyzed in terms of the borrowing of legal terminology, the forming of legal community and the ceremony of law. In conclusion, the exploration in cultural function of legal expressions will expectedly contribute to the construction of China’s legal system.
