摘　　要：合并大学校区分馆的定位主导其建设发展的方向。专业分馆和功能分馆是目前校区分馆的主要定位形态。不同的定位意味着分馆在文献资源、馆员队伍等诸多建设方面的差异。管理者要善于利用权力的“统分”去调节总馆与校区分馆在不同时期的管理关系。在分馆的发展期 ,要强调管理分权 ,用“分权”来开启分馆的各项管理职能 ,用扩大“自主权”来激活分馆的潜在活力。The orientation of the branch libraries of the amalgamated college decides on its development.Nowadays, there are two main types of branch libraries in the amalgamated college:the specialized library and the functional library, which have differences in the literature resources and the staff.The administrative personnel should make good use of a 'general division'of the authority to adjust the relationship between the head library and its branches.In the development of the branch libraries, the distribution of the management authority should be emphasized so as to bring into play the administrative functions of the branch libraries and stimulate their potentials of the branch libraries.The system, in which the branch library head taking full responsibility, is a practical way of authority division.
