摘 要:由于滚装船有着不同于常规船舶的结构特点,有必要对其进行全船弯扭强度精确计算。本文以一艘1万吨级的滚装船为研究对象,应用DNV的SESAM软件建立全船有限元模型,并进行波浪随机载荷的长期预报,然后在此基础上导出设计波参数组,最后在全船有限元模型上计算了船体结构在各设计波上的应力分布和变形结果。通过全船模型的有限元计算,获得了该船结构强度的详细信息。对滚装船的设计和强度分析有一定的参考价值。Since there are many special structural characteristics of ro-ro vessel different from general ships, it is necessary to calculate the bending and torsion strength of the ro-ro vessel accurately. This paper takes a 12 300 DWT ro/ro vessel for example. A finite element model of the whole ship is set up using SESAM software of the DNV classification society. Then the long term prediction of wave induced motion and random loading is carried out, based on which the certain wave load is calculated with design wave method. Finally the stress distribution and the deformation result of the ship structure under the certain wave load are obtained. With finite element analysis, the detailed information of the structure strength is achieved. There is certain reference value to the design and structure analysis of the ro-ro vessel.
