摘　　要：目的 :观察消化片的促进消化作用及急性毒性。方法 :用离体实验法观察对家兔离体肠管运动的作用 ;以酚红残留法观察对正常及肾上腺素负荷小鼠胃排空的影响 ;用幽门结扎法观察消化片对大鼠胃分泌的影响 ;用最大耐受量试验观察药物的急性毒性。结果 :消化片对家兔离体十二指肠自发活动有兴奋作用 ,并能对抗肾上腺素的抑制作用。消化片对正常及肾上腺素负荷小鼠的胃排空均有明显的促进作用。消化片还能明显增加大鼠胃液分泌量及总酸排出量。结论 :消化片具有促进消化的药理作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of Xiaohua tablet (XHT) on promoting digest and its acute toxicity. Methods: The effect of XHT on the movement of isolated rabbit intestine was observed with the isolated organ experimentation method. Phenolsulfonphthalein remains method was used to observe the effect of XHT on gastric empty. The ligation of pylorus method was used to investigate the effect of XHT on gastric acid secretion of rat. The maximum tolerated dose (MTD) test was used to estimate the acute toxicity of XHT. Results: XHT could excite the spontaneous movement of isolated rabbit duodenum and antagonize the restrainability induced by adrenalin. XHT could accelerate gastric empty in normal mice and adrenalin loaded mice. XHT could significantly increase gastric juice secretion and total acid secretion. The maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of XHT in mice was 30g/kg. Conclusion: XHT have the effect of promoting digest.
