摘  要:研究了三氧化铬 硅胶氧化试剂的制备方法,以苯甲醇选择性氧化成苯甲醛为探针反应,考察了载体、制备方法、活化条件及微波处理对氧化剂性能的影响.实验结果表明:载体对氧化剂的活性影响很大,不同载体制得的氧化剂活性顺序为:HZSM 5<HM 2,石英砂,NaY<CrO3<硅藻土<硅胶;微波可有效地促进载体试剂的活化,大大缩短活化时间,提高氧化剂的活性.The method of preparation of supported CrO3/SiO2 oxidation reagent was studied in this paper. The activity of CrO 3/SiO2 oxidation reagent was evaluated in the selective oxidation reaction of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde. The effects of the kinds of carriers, preparation methods and the conditions of activation, as well as the microwave irradiation on the activity of CrO3/SiO2 were investigated. Experimental results indicated that the kinds of carrier have an important effect on the activity of CrO3/SiO2. The activity for selectively oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde follows the order; HZSM-S 3 < kieselguhr < Silica gel. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that the microwave irradiation enhances the activation process, decrease the activation time and increase the activity of the supported reagent.
