摘 要:在高产栽培条件下,以汕优63和培两优288为对照,研究了杂交稻两优培九产量形成的源库流特性.结果表明:两优培九株叶型好,粒叶比和光合面积大,营养生长期群体干物质积累能力强,始穗后叶片功能期长、籽粒灌浆持续时间较长,抽穗期至成熟期的干物质增量明显强于其亲本和对照组合;穗颈节间维管组织比亲本及对照发达;两优培九单株总库容量大,每穗实粒数多,千粒重较大.Under the high yield cultivating conditions, the characteristics related to source/sink strength and flux distribution of the two-line hybrid rice Liangyoupeijiu were studied as well as two controls Shanyou 63 and Peiliangyou 288 and the parents of all of them. The results indicated that Liangyoupeijiu showed better plant and leaf type, higher ratio of grains to leaf area and larger photosynthesis area, stronger ability of population dry matter accumulation during the period of vegetative growth especially from heading to being mature, longer leaf duration and grains-filling after heading than that qf its parents and controls s; more grains per panicle, lager all sink per plant and 1 000-grain weight.
