摘　　要：随着管理理念的更新和计算机技术的发展 ,大型医院门诊管理和服务的数字化已成为发展趋势。本文介绍了西京医院门诊部创设的 L ED播放系统、门诊触摸查询系统、门诊病案管理系统、特需查体管理系统、E-门诊系统、诊区综合管理系统的功能和应用情况。我们依据这些系统的研发 ,提高了管理的科学性、实时性和准确性 。With the update of managing theory and development of computer technology, the use of computer in the management and service of the outpatient department, especially in the high graded hospital, has become a trend. The author introduced function of LED broadcast, OPD search using touching screen, management of patient records, physical examination of special requirement, E-OPD and OPD synthetic management in outpatient department of Xijing Hospital. By newly self-developed systems, we became more scientific, modern and accuracy in management. The construction of outpatient department can developed healthily and continuously.
