军队卫生事业管理研究生培养中存在问题探讨

摘　　要：随着医疗体制改革的深入以及现代管理技术在医疗卫生事业中的普及应用 ,迫切需要造就一批适应现代化卫生管理需要的高层次管理人才。由于我军卫生事业管理研究生与其他卫生专业的研究生比较起来开设较晚 ,没有足够多的经验可以借鉴 ,因此 ,在卫生事业管理研究生人才的整个培养过程中还存在许多缺陷和不足。针对这一问题 ,本文着重从卫生事业管理研究生的招生考试、生源、课程设置、师资、培养模式。With the development of the health reform and the application of the modern management technology in area of health, some senior talents who engage in the health management are badly needed. However, there is not enough experience to take because the management is a new specialty for graduates. Some deficiencies exist in the whole training program. For all the above, the author sets forth the health administration graduates about their admission examines, sources, course settings, tutors, training mode, moralities and working ability.
