摘　　要：本文从政党和宪政的起源和历史发展入手,考察了英美政党制度及宪政的发展历程,阐述了政党与宪政的关系,以期对我国宪政建设做些有益的思考。This paper first deals with the origin and historical development of political parties and the constitu-tionalization, then explores American and British political party system and constitutionalization process and discusses the relationship between political parties and constitutionalization. The author tends to make a reflection about Chinas constitutionalization construction.
