摘  要:基于剪滞理论 ,建立了一个分层剪滞分析模型 ,研究了正交叠层板在拉伸荷载作用下 ,90°层发生横向基体多级开裂的问题 ,求得了计及固化残余热效应影响的裂纹间距和裂纹密度 ,所得结果与现有实验结果较吻合 ,进一步证实了所提模型和分析方法的正确性和可靠性 .计算结果同时表明 :裂纹密度与远场施加应力有关 ,施加应力愈大 ,裂纹密度愈大 ;当施加应力达到或超过某值时 ,90°层会出现等间距的横向饱和裂纹群 .On the basis of the shear-lag theory, a layered shear-lag model was establishe d to study the multiple transverse cracks of the matrix in 90°-ply for cross- ply laminates under tensile loads. The crack distance and crack density were the n calculated while taking the residual thermal effect into account, with the res ults fitting perfectly with the existing experimental values. Thus, the correctn ess and reliability of the proposed model and method are further verified. The c alculated results also show that the crack density is related to the applied str ess in the far fields and that the greater the applied stress is, the greater th e crack density will be; and a cluster of saturation transverse cracks with equa l interval distance in 90°-ply emerges when the applied stress reaches or exce eds a certain value.
