速滑课超前准备教学程序在篮球课中的应用

摘　　要：为了在有限的时间内提高速滑课教学质量,使学生更快、更好地学会速度滑冰,提高学生身体素质,培养学生终身体育意识,在篮球课中运用超前观念,将速滑课超前准备教学程序改革实验研究结果的内容与方法应用在篮球课教学中进行教学,收到良好的教学效果。In order to improve the quality of speed skating within the limited time,to help students master the skills of speed skating better and more quickly,to improve the students'body qualities,to cultivate the students' consciousness of lifelong sports,the author applied the content and ways of the experiment results of preparative teaching process of speed skating teaching in the basket ball teaching,and got favorable effects.
