摘 要:以Al(NO3)3·9H2O(AR),SiCl4(AR)为主要原料,采用“溶胶 凝胶”法结合“超临界干燥”技术制备硅 铝催化剂前驱体,在600,800,1000℃下进行煅烧,并用XRD,TEM和FT IR手段进行表征,旨在探讨工艺条件对硅铝催化剂前驱体内部结构、形貌和尺寸范围的影响。结果表明,采用超临界流体干燥技术,可制得白色 蓬松的超细无定形硅铝气凝胶,其中球形颗粒粒径小于30nm;经600,800,1000℃煅烧得到的物种仍为无定 形,球形颗粒发生硬团聚;高温煅烧可获取少量纳米晶须;硅铝催化剂前驱体中含有一定量的结构水和少量的—OH官能团等,无法通过煅烧除去。Using Al(NO_3)_3·9H_2O(AR) and SiCl_4(AR) as main raw materials, ultrafine aluminum-silica catalyst precursor was prepared by sol-gel and surpercritical fluid drying (SCFD)technology. Calcining was carried out at 600,800 and 1000℃, and the samples were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,TEM techniques respectively.The results show:(1) The SCFD method can yield white, well-dispersed, non-crystalline ultrafine aluminum-silica aerogel with the diameter of spherical particles smaller than 30nm;(2)After calcination, the products are still non-crystalline and the spherical particles reunite together;(3) A little nanometer whisker can be obtained by calcining at high temperature; (4) The ultrafine aluminum-silica catalyst precursor contains a certain amount of structural water and a few '-OH' functional groups,which cannot be eliminated by calcination.
