摘　　要：近几年随着互联网的发展,电子商务成为一种流行的商务模式。企业在电子商务的环境下,必须对原有的组织进行再造。分析了电子商务下中国企业原有组织缺陷的基础上,按照电子商务的要求,提出了基于电子商务的组织再造原则,并设计了新组织的基本模式。Electronic business becomes a popular business mode with the development of internet in recent years.Companies must restructure the original organization in electronic business environment.On the basis of the reference1-5,this article discusses the principle of organization-restructure on the basis of electronic business and designs the basic mode of new organization according to the requirements of electronic business after analyzing organization's defect of Chinese companies in electronic business.
