摘　　要：科技中介服务业已成为新兴的第三产业。研究发达国家科技中介人力资源政策,对我国科技中介人力资源政策的制定、人才队伍建设大有裨益。The service of scientific and technological intermediary has become the third newly-emerging industry. This study on the policies of human resources of scientific and technological intermediary in developed countries will be very beneficial for China to the policy-making of human resources of the scientific and technological intermediary and the building of qualified personnel teams.
