试论报纸新闻精品的培植

摘　　要：　报纸作为重要的新闻传播媒体,在创精品过程中,近年来取得了令人瞩目的成绩,表现在:新闻精品质量明显提高;名牌栏目光彩夺目;一批业务精、思想正、贡献大的中青年记者崭露头角。但是依然存在不尽人意的地方:新闻商业化倾向、新闻产品"易碎论"的影响以及新闻理论和业务研究的滞后等,成为制约新闻精品的因素。新闻精品生产的对策:一是进一步树立精品意识;二是要抓好各个环节的工作;三是要建设一支高素质的新闻队伍;四是要建立切实可行的激励和管理机制。As an important news media, newspaper has got outstanding achievements recently in the process of producing high quality news, which can be shown in the following aspects: the level of quality news having improved obviously; the famous columns having got great successes; and the young and mid-aged reporters having displayed remarkable abilities. However, there are still something dissatisfied: the commercial trend of news; the 'easily-broken' theory of the news work; and the backward news theory and business research, etc. All these have become the factors restricting the development of high quality news. The solutions of producing quality news are: first, setting up the ideas of producing quality news; secondly, paying close attention to the work of each link; thirdly, constructing a high-quality team to produce quality news; finally, establishing practical encouragement and management mechanism.
