摘 要:以苯胺为原料,经重氮化合成碘苯,再与苯胺缩合制备了三苯胺,然后在DMF中与三氟氧膦在95℃~105℃下反应2小时,制备了三苯胺单甲醛,收率80%~85%,再与苄基膦酸二乙酯在甲醇钠存在下合成了化合物4-N,N-二苯胺基均二苯乙烯。通过红外光谱核磁共振谱质谱等手段确证了所合成化合物的结构,用紫外光谱荧光光谱循环伏安法(CV)微分脉冲伏安法(DPV)测试了其光电性能,解析了其电化学行为计算出DPAS的带隙Eg(opt.)为2.88eV,电离势为5.86eV,电子亲和势为2.98eV结果表明,该化合物是优良的空穴高效注入和传输的蓝色有机电致发光材料。4-N,N-Diphenylaminostilbene(DPAS), useful as an electrolum inescent material, was synthesized by following steps: iodobenzene was synthesized from aniline, and condensed with aniline to give triphenylamine, then treated with phosphorus oxychloride in DMF at 95-105℃ for 2 hours to give 80-85% triphenylamine monoformaldehyde, which was treated with diethyl benzylphosphonate in the presence of sodium methoxide to give.4-N N-diphenylaminostilbene. The compound was characterized by IR, NMR and MS. Its electrochemical prnpcrties was determined UV, IR, Cyclic Voltammetry and Differential Pulse Voltammetry. DPAS had a band gap of 2.88 eV. an ionization potential (P_1) of 5.86 eV and an electro affinity (E_A) of 2.98 eV, which indicated that DPAS was a blue electroluminescence organic compound with good hole-transporting property.
