Effect of Chicken Egg-yolk Antibodies Additive on Growth Performance and Relative Biochemical indices in Meat Duck

摘  要:研究了卵黄抗体添加剂对肉鸭生长性能的影响,并对有关生化指标进行了分析。试验结果表明:①添加卵黄抗体使肉鸭平均日增重提高,料肉比降低,但小鸭阶段要比大鸭阶段效果好。②试验组各小肠段内容物的胰蛋白酶活性都有所提高,其中空肠的胰蛋白酶活性达到显著水平(P<0.05)。③试验组血清甲状腺素(T3)、胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-I)水平有显著的提高(P<0.05),T4水平有升高趋势但不显著。以上结果表明了卵黄抗体添加剂能提高小肠胰蛋白酶活性和影响有关代谢激素水平,从而促进肉鸭生长。The effect of chicken egg-yolk antibodies additive on growth performance and relative biochemical indices in meat duck were studied.The results indicated that: Basal diets supplemented with chicken egg-yolk antibodies increased body weight gains and decreased feed/gain ratio,the effect was significantly improved during one to two weeks. The trypsin activities in duodenum,jejunum and ileum were increased,but only the improvement in jejunum was signifi-cant.The concentration of T3 and IGF-I was significantly increased(P<0.05).The concentration of T4 in serum was tend to increase (P>0.05).It was concluded that chicken egg-yolk antibodies additive can promote meat duck growth rate.
