摘 要:对兰州市刘家堡乡菜豆蚜尸上分离获得的暗孢耳霉(Conidiobolus obscurus)菌株,利用PDA和SEMA培养基进行纯化培养,对暗孢耳霉的形态特征和生物学特性进行了研究.结果表明:暗孢耳霉菌菌落生长的适温范围为20~30 ℃,暗孢耳霉菌分生孢子萌发最适湿度为95 %~100 %、最适pH值范围为9~10.紫外线对暗孢耳霉分生孢子有强烈杀伤作用,照射5 min后萌发率降到63 %,照射时间越长,萌发率越低.The paper mainly studied morphological characters and biological characteristics of Conidiobolus obscurus from dead bodies of aphids on beans in Liujiabu towship of Lanzhou city, using pure culture with PDA and SEMA media. The results showed that the spores only germinated at high relative humidity (RH). The spores germinated faster at 95 % to 100 % of RH. The optimum range of temperature for growth was 20℃ to 30℃. The optimum range of pH for spore germination and production was 9~10. The germination rates of spores decreased by 63 % when lighted for 5 minutes by ultraviolet ray. The germination rates of spores induced gradually with increasing of exposing time in ultraviolet ray.
