摘　　要：本文描述一种新的混合编码方法:基于图像变换域之Laplace塔形编码。比较了基于余弦变换和Walsh变换之Laplace塔形编码的实验结果。Abstract: In this paper a new mixed coding method based on the Laplacian pyramid on transformations is described. Experimental results of the Laplacian pyramid built on the cosine-transformations and on the Walsh transformations are compared.
