摘　　要：本文论述的是在高校体操课堂教学中 ,教师如何利用各种教学方法进行教学的 ,从而使学生对本门课产生兴趣 ,提高教学质量 .This paper makes a study on the ways of teaching gymnastics in colleges and universities in order to arouse the students'interest and improve the quality of teaching.
