摘　　要：文章结合实际阐明了Internet的特点 ,从理论上分析了Internet网上信息资源与文献资源的界域区别 ,提出网上资源开发与利用的一些主要问题 ,回答了解决这些问题的对策 .The paper erpounds the feature in the internet in the light of practical cond itions,analyses the difference theoretcally betwween the document informatiom and the document informatiom and the informat ion in the internet,raises a main pointof the deve opment and utilization in the ne and ansaeres the way to solve these questions.
